We are delighted to announce the formation of Annette Callaghan (Ireland) Limited, a legal entity based in Cork which is willing and able to act as an EU Representative for your organisation, should we crash out of the EU on 29th March with no deal, or at any time up to December 2020, if there is a deal with the proposed 21 month transition period

Our proposal is in 2 stages:

Stage 1 – 100 Euros per month, from now until 30th April 2020 (€1300 total) to get us all over the immediate post-Brexit period, acting as your EU Representative under MDD.

Stage 2 – Cost TBC, but likely to be closer to €250 per month, to act as EU Representative under the MDR. Cost is higher due to additional work involved and additional insurances required to act under MDR.
